For 90 years Walridge Farms has been providing seed stock for America's commercial cattle operations.  The Walridge program emphasizes calving ease and gainability and has done so for years.
 

 Walridge History

Walridge Farms, one of the oldest Angus herds in the USA, is a 5 generation farm located in Iowa's Historic Iowa County.

The Walridge Name
The Wal comes from a large grove of Walnut trees that was on the farm in the 1800s.   The Ridge comes from a one of the first school houses in the county near the farm.   The School was called the Ridge School where one of the first teachers was a Driscoll.
